Agniveda Naturals stands behind the quality of its products. For any genuine reason, if you aren’t satisfied with any of our products, don’t worry! We are always there a call away! Send the product back to us within 7 days and claim a refund as per the terms & conditions of our Return Policy. Terms & Conditions for return/refund: – At first, you need to contact our customer care representative for the return request on the details mentioned below. You have the option to return either part or full order return. Then, you need to send the product back to us. Once the product reaches us, it will undergo inspection by our concerned department. The refund will only be processed after the product reaches back to us. Zero shipping costs apply in case of product returns. The policy is applicable within 0-7 days of the receipt of the product. In case you opt for a refund, we will refund in the same bank account for a payment made by card. For COD orders or any other mode, we will initiate NEFT in the registered name of the customer and bank details provided. “
